This is an idea which is either atrocious or great and carries with it many inherent difficulties but bear with me.
Perhaps we should carry SOTOS 'business' cards. They would have on them the online forum addresses, web address and official logo.
We could hand them to people we thought might be interested in or suited to the board.
I guess Stu you would know best if this would be helpful because we may get enough web traffic to suffice for advertisement. But perhaps as much advertisement, as is reasonably possible within the bounds of taste, would be greatly beneficial to us.
The idea was brought on while I was at uni today and I saw a guy wearing the' bad religion' t-shirt with the line through the cross. Now I'm not talking necessarily about walking up to random people and handing them cards, after all what does a left-hand-pather look like, but it could help in spontaneous situations when you feel someone is on your wavelength. And it requires no big sales pitch, just, for example, 'well if that's how you feel there's a forum I post on which you might find interesting' *reach stylishly into silver card carrier* 'here are the details, why don't you give it a go' and so on.
