Would you be able to get to Guildford on that date? I can call a full general meeting for then.
I'll probably still call one in January since there is much to discuss. Now that the main body of SotOS is open for membership the 1st UK chantry will soon be established and a lot needs to be sorted out for it.
By the way I am dealing with the membership enquiries I've been given and I will try to find the answers ASAP. As I hope you can appreciate with me being LOA to work on my thesis I don't have the full details in my head so I'll need to trawl archives and send enquiries to the council.

And as for the membeship issue, take all the time you need, there is no big hurry.
I'm up to my eyes in work myself so I understand.
